Kim Robbins may not have grown up in Arkansas, but she has embraced the “Natural State” and is glad to call it home! Kim specializes in First Time Home Buyers, Luxury Homes, Relocation, and New Construction. Kim strives to achieve the most for her clients, educating and navigating buyers and sellers through the Real Estate Process and beyond during her years at Coldwell Banker RPM Group. We sat down with Kim to get to know her a little better:
If you had to organize a tour of your area of expertise, what three must-visit places would you hit?
Pinnacle Mountain State Park, Chenal Promenade, and Two Rivers Park
Describe what you like about your area. Favorite subdivision? Schools? Home design? Parks, museums, landmarks?
St. Charles has a great family environment. My kids attended Christ the King School, and we love the small school feel. I like neighborhoods like St. Charles because there are a variety of different style homes and do not all look the same. Also, Two Rivers Park and Pinnacle Mountain are not too far away.
What’s your favorite ethnic food? Is there a restaurant in town that does it well?
Mexican is my favorite. I love Heights Taco & Tamale, Local Lime, and the NEW up & coming Camp Taco! Must have margaritas from any of those!
What’s your ultimate local meal?
Appetizers from YaYa's, Beef Carpaccio entrees from Cypress Social—Butchers Steak or Filet (ask for my daughter Caitlyn if you go to Cypress), and dessert from Arthurs Steak House creme brulee!
If you had to pick a last meal, what would it be?
Arthur's Steak House—Prime Ribeye Steak, Smashed Potatoes, Cream Brulee, and a great bottle of Cab or Merlot!
If you could go to dinner with three people in history, who would they be and why?
Benjamin Franklin, because I believe he liked to party!
Marcus Aurelius—great leader, great stoic, and warrior!
Marie Antoinette—I would love to meet a strong woman of her era!
What do you like to do when you are not working? Or what are your hobbies?
Working out at Core Concept Fitness or playing with my dog Cash. I don't have much time for hobbies but would like to learn to ride horses.
What’s your favorite movie of all time? What’s your favorite TV show right now? Favorite sport to watch on TV?
Hmm, my favorite movie of all time, would be a tie between Fight Club & Gladiator. Favorite TV Show was Breaking Bad, and I'm currently obsessed with "Schitt's Creek." I don't watch sports.

"Kimbo Slice"
Favorite travel spot?
Favorite travel spot I have been to multiple times is Las Vegas—love it! But if I wanted one place to visit before I die, it would be Fiji.
If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you? And what would it be called?
Scarlett Johansson and it would be called "Pink Camouflage"
