We sat down with Sean to learn about his life and his career, resulting in some fun, weird, and informative insights about a great agent of Coldwell Banker RPM Group. Here's what Sean Edds had to say:

If you had to organize a tour of your area of expertise (Hot Springs), what three must-visit places would you hit?

When I have given tours of Hot Springs, Arkansas Bathhouse Row, West Mountain, and Lake Hamilton never disappoint.

Describe what you like about your area.

Hot Springs, AR feels like home. Of all the places I have traveled no place is as beautiful as Hot Springs, AR. In terms of home design here, I love the Southwest Style Homes, but Contemporary runs a close second! Lotus Valley is my favorite subdivision. It feels like living in a fairytale, manicured, secluded garden while being very close to everything Hot Springs has to offer.

When it comes to schools, Hot Springs, AR is unique in that there are so many excellent school districts. But how many places can also boast of having an incredible college like National Park College in their backyard? Speaking of parks, Arlington Park, The Grand Promenade, and Cedar Glades Park are some of my favorite spur-of-the-moment places to get outside. I also enjoy spending the day downtown touring Bathhouse Row, the art galleries, restaurants, and many of the different shops. Mid-America Science Museum is a fantastic place to learn, explore and run off some energy.

What’s your favorite ethnic food? Is there a restaurant in town that does it well?

My favorite is Chinese food, and The Wok always does it right.

What’s your ultimate local meal?

Appetizers from Chilis Chips and Salsa—I could drink their salsa, haha!

Entrees from The Wok—General Tso Chicken is superb.

Dessert from The Purple Cow—Fudgy Nut Brownie without the nuts.

If you had to pick a last meal, what would it be?

My mom's fried chicken and my wife's pumpkin pie.

If you could go to dinner with three people in history, who would they be and why?

My number 1 choice will always be my dad because he was the best man I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

Number 2 would be Chris Farley the comedian/actor because how could you not have fun?

Number 3 would be Ansel Adams because I have always been inspired by his photography and conservation efforts.

What do you like to do when you are not working? Or what are your hobbies?

My wife says I am always working because I really do enjoy what I do. However, I enjoy spending time with my family and photography.

What’s your favorite movie of all time?

Monty Python and the Holy Grail

What’s your favorite TV show right now?

The Book of Boba Fett

Favorite sport to watch on TV?

Football

Do you have a nickname?

My nephews call me Bubba.

Favorite travel spot?

Staycations are fun here in Hot Springs, AR. One of the favorite places I have visited outside of the U.S. is Tulum, Mexico. I have always wanted to visit the Maldives and New Zealand.

If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you? And what would it be called?

Donnie Wahlberg because I have had complete strangers walk up to me and tell me I look just like him. The title: “Let's Make a Deal!”

Do you have a favorite quote?

"We all came in on different ships, but we're all in the same boat now." —MLK

What’s your hidden talent?

It's hidden, I can't tell you. Just kidding. A lot of people do not know that I am a photographer and artist.

Biggest pet peeve?

Rude people. It costs nothing to be kind and you never know what someone is dealing with privately. I like to leave people and places better than I found them.
