Velda Lueders is a veteran of the Conway, AR real estate market. If you had to organize a tour of your area of expertise (Conway), what three must-visit places would you hit?

A tour of the Conway area must include my office because it is a historical building that has been restored beautifully and has so much history to tell! All three of the college campuses in Conway are a must-see. Each has unique characteristics that are beautiful and the final stop would have to be Toad Suck Square as I believe you won't find another in any other city.

What’s your ultimate meal made up of appetizers, entrees, and desserts from the restaurants in your area?

Local meal favorites are so hard to choose because we have multiple amazing, locally-owned restaurants. For an appetizer, I love the original cheese dip at Stoby's. It's an award-winning recipe and you won't be disappointed. A favorite entrée from Mike's Place is the pecan-encrusted white fish or bacon-wrapped scallops, with sweet potato fries, fresh broccoli, and a warm loaf of bread, with a side of praline sauce for dipping! Dessert from anywhere is amazing, but the crème Brulee from Mike's is one of my all-time favorites.

What do you like to do when you are not working?

When not working, I enjoy reading, baking, volunteering, and spending time with my husband, Barry, and my puppy Miss Cubby.

What are you watching on TV right now?

I don't watch tons of television, but I do enjoy PBS, HGTV, Food Network, and some Netflix series. I also enjoy college baseball, basketball, and Chicago Cubs baseball (go Cubs!)

Do you have a nickname?

My nickname is VeVe, which is what my Granddaughter calls me and most of my close friends.

Favorite travel spots?

I love to travel to Washington DC, Chicago, San Diego, and to Western states, especially Colorado.

If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?

I would want Shelly Long to play my character. She is funny, similar in age, and just an overall enjoyable actress to see on screen.

If you could have dinner with three people in history, who would they be?

Harriet Tubman, Laura Ingalls Wilder, and Karen Carpenter

What would be your last meal?

A last meal for me would include seafood, lobster roll, crab legs, shrimp, and scallops!
